I baked this moist really dark chocolate cake for my mum's 49th birthday, and it was double layered with chocolate ganache spread in between the layers as well as frosted with chocolate ganache. The cake was baked in 8 inches square baking tin.
The cake was gone in a matter of minutes! ;))
